Protein Shake Recipes
To make a basic shake, simply blend or stir one serving of Formula 1 with 8
fluid ounces of non-fat milk or your favorite beverage until smooth.
*Depending on your body weight, activity level and metabolism, you may
increase your total daily intake of calories as long as you are satisfied
with your weight-loss progress.
You are encouraged to make your Formula 1 shakes in a variety of ways. As
you can see from the recipes listed below, nonfat milk, fresh fruits,
juices, extracts, and even decaffeinated coffee can be added to the Formula
1 powder to make different and tasty shakes. Feel free to experiment with
your own recipes.

Here is one among my favorite recipes:
1 big pear or one big peach 4 amaretti biscuits 2 spoons cocoa F1 a bit of water
Mix the F1 with few spoons of water, in order obtain a cream. Chop the pear or the peach and pour the chocolate cream on it. On top of the whole add the crumbled biscuits. Alternatively you can mix all together, except for the crumbled biscuits, and just add them in the end. Though the taste does not change. I prefer to chop the fruit, since I find more satisfaction in biting then in drinking.

Also ok with other berries such as blueberries,saskatoons, strawberries. etc. If fruit is frozen no need to add ice. Optional 1/2 - 1 tsp Herbal beverage in lemon or peach flavour.
